WRITING ABOUT THE BRONX

The Bronx County Historical Society is the only historical, cultural and educational institution that documents, researches, writes, and publishes scholarly and popular materials relating to the history and heritage of The Bronx and lower Westchester County. By doing so, we help fulfill our mandate to disseminate information and promote pride in The Bronx and its people. All publications are the culmination of research utilizing the collections of The Society. Our work includes The Bronx County Historical Society Journal, The Bronx Historian Newsletter and Library News.
